About Joseph Richardson

The research portion of our Section was further enhanced with the addition of Joseph "Joey" Richardson, RN, CCRC in April. Joey joined our team having had several years of Clinical Research experience. He has coordinated programs related to clinical trials protocols, and brings his enthusiasm and expertise to our program.

Among Joey's current projects is a Phase II trial coming in upcoming months for a neo-adjuvant treatment of the resectable pancreatic cancer patient, as well as the reorganization and maintenance of the Surgical Oncology Tissue bank. Furthermore, he is working with pharmaceutical companies in collaboration of new treatments and agents for the treatment of different forms of cancers.

In addition to his knowledge of clinical research, his teaching experience, Joey brings his commitment to bettering our understanding of tumor development! We are glad to have such an asset on our team!
